It will only result in a broken keyboard (or broken anything for that matter). Just remember, raging will not solve anything. I know the feeling of being right there, about to get a 300 combo, and accidentally missing an apple. Being able to get to at least gold rank with both allow for some extra dodge/block slots, agility allows more critical hits, and block allows for more damage negated and extra health,so try to get as much training done in those 2 as possible early game. Agility and blocking let you counter, which as I said last section, is a vital part of combat. Agility and blocking are your best friend in this game.Try mastering it as soon as possible, because it could save your life some time.

  • Try to train on how to counter (blocking or dodging at the last second), because this negates all damage (if it is dodging) and deals damage to your enemy instead.
  • This can level you up a lot, and make you overpowered for your section, as long as you are able to do more damage then the enemies, or have more health then the enemies can handle. This may seem mildly obvious, but it is usually not done. Use poison arrow, and the soulcery abilities to your advantage to deal extra damage. Do keep in mind, all soulcery abilities don’t use up your turn, and neither does poison arrow. These all are able to do damage, and Block allows the negation of damage.
  • In the beginning of the game, try to focus on Melee training, Block, Soulcery, and Ranged.
  • This will be very useful later on in training when you have high combo’s, because jesus it is going to be incredibly crowded. This will both give you 2 stars, but will also eliminate 2 targets.
  • In ranged training, try to get rid of overlapping targets first, and hit the part where the two meet.

In later levels for melee, there are going to be very confusing patterns, and you will either need to get used to tracking each and every apple coming your way, or just focus on some key points (the star spots, or your character). In melee training, try to focus on only the spots where you are able to get stars, or at least near your character.Melee is the only training I skip and hope whoever came up with it feels good about themselves, because they clearly hate the players. This is a bunch of tips and tricks from a person with 160+ hours on the game, and who knows what the actual flippity-flip-flop is going on. It's unfun, complete RNG, that encourages counter intuitive behaviour of waiting for attacks to almost hit you before fending them off while sending multiple attacks. Melee, I hate this with a burning passion. The high score itself isn't really the problem. Ranged, the stars on this are terrible and highly luck dependant. While it's easy to tell which one is coming, it skips part of the wind up animation causing these attacks to come far faster than normal. Only thing that occasionally throws me off here is the spping attack. Soulcery, only the stars are hard and more in the annoying way.ĭefense, there's a bit of luck involved here, with some of the random barrage apples who are the only thing throwing me off, a lot of this is really just repeating patterns aside from the chakrams.Īgility, you can do stars without getting high in score, because every attack can be a star and they come one by one. You could argue that agility is just as counter intuitive, where you have to hit "slowly" to build stars and combo.Įdit: Not to say that it's EASY, but it was the EASIEST for me ** Disagree tbh. strength was one of the first and easist for me. Originally posted by s4s4:All i need is the missions in agility, which I am working on, and I still say agility was the hardest for me. when that happens its almost impossible to get them both without getting hit and that i think is a bit unfair. I found it pretty strange but for some reason at the magic apples section there came 2 apples at once! Yes this sounds crazy and sounds like i just see strange things but i swear that it happens atleast 8 times for me. i think that the normal apple section should be the easiest because thats the first section you get in strenght training. you just have to spam all buttons in the end and hope that you dont get hit. they are so much faster then all the other things and you have no time to react and calculate. the only thing thats really challenging is the normal apples. I must admit that the throwing stars, magic apples and the puppet sections are pretty easy. i think it should be lowered to 400 or 500. From what i know almost all people found the soulmaster combo on sword the hardest one of them all.
